Strength-led digital fitness for senior care.

Keeping residents stronger, more connected, and independent for longer.

Vision

We want to increase people’s healthspan, so that it keeps up with their lifespan; keep people fit & independent throughout their life. Strength training plays an essential role in maintaining bone and muscle mass, which in turn reduces the likelihood and impact of falls.

Falls are the number one reason that people lose their independence. Yet only 9% of Baby Boomers know how much strength training they need to do. We want to keep people strong, healthy, and thriving into their old age.

Problem

We’re living longer, but those extra years aren’t always healthy ones. For homecare agencies and assisted living operators, that gap is a commercial threat: every resident who declines is one who moves to the next tier of care - nursing homes, a separate business they lose to.

To keep residents thriving in place, operators need two things they currently lack: a way to keep people moving and independent, and a way to meet families’ growing demand to be informed and included.

Solution

GLEN is a methodology and platform that gets residents / clients strength training in a low-friction, consistent manner. People receive personalised workouts and using computer vision, GLEN then adapts to an individual’s capability, tracking their performance over time.

GLEN can be social (family or group resident challenges), but they workout privately. There will also be dashboards for the Senior Living Operators to see activity, intervene when there is a problem, and report to families.
