Glen is building the operating software for assisted living: one platform that keeps residents healthier, keeps families engaged, and replaces the patchwork of paper, spreadsheets, and disconnected tools operators rely on today.

Problem

In the US alone, +44,000 operators care for a senior population set to hit 1 in 4 Americans by 2033, and they remain under-digitized, running on back-office software built for billing and compliance, nothing that keeps residents healthier or proves it to families. Their most costly preventable problem is falls, the #1 driver of liability claims in senior living.

Solution

Glen starts with the operator's most expensive problem. Strength and balance training cuts fall risk by up to a third, and Glen turns that science into group sessions any staff member can lead, no fitness background, no new hire. Prevention protects the business: fewer falls, longer stays, lower liability, plus a family feed that drives referrals and tours. Glen then expands into the operator stack: communication, care coordination, reporting.
