Is my camera footage uploaded anywhere?

No. All camera frames and pose detection run entirely on your device. Your video never leaves your phone and is not recorded or stored. Only the resulting workout metrics (e.g. rep counts, exercise duration, joint movements) sync to your account.

What data does Glen collect?

We collect the information you provide during onboarding (such as your goals and fitness level), your workout history, and basic account and technical data. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

How do I delete my account?

Open the app, go to the Me tab, and choose Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, workout history, and any associated data. If you're unable to access the app, email support@joinglen.com from the address associated with your account and we'll process the deletion for you.

The pose detection isn't tracking my reps correctly.

For best results: position your phone so your full body is in frame, ensure the area is well lit, and wear clothing that contrasts with your background. If a specific exercise consistently miscounts, email support@joinglen.com with the exercise name and a short description and we'll investigate.

Which devices are supported?

Glen: Fitness is available for iPhone running a recent version of iOS. On-device pose detection requires camera access, which you can grant when prompted or later via Settings → Glen: Fitness.

Who can use Glen?

You must be at least 16 years old to use Glen: Fitness. Glen is informational and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Consult your physician before starting any new fitness program.
